This course consists of two parts / lessons.

The first one, by Dr. Margarita Angelidou, is a guide to effective collaboration through key communication techniques such as active listening, giving and receiving constructive feedback, and how to use the BIT (Behaviour, Impact, Tomorrow) model for effective feedback delivery.

The second part, by Mr. Salim Gannoum, covers the Pop-Machina Social Collaboration Platform, that empowers makers through an arsenal of ICT tools that can support both their creativity and entrepreneur activities.
